Golden Sea is excited to announce that, on Monday 2nd September 2024, Golden Sea agreed to
acquire the business of SGM Light AS and SGM is now under the ownership of Golden Sea. In the
coming days SGM will restart trading under a new legal entity, retaining the SGM name.
